To ensure low costs to our customers, many of our items will be shipped out to you directly from the manufacturer and will be shipped via different mail services. Joyful Bundles merchandise will only be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or United States Postal Service with the exception of some of the oversized items.
All orders have a flat shipping/handling rate of 6.95. Orders, which include multiple items, may be sent in multiple shipments and may have different processing/ship times and could require different shipment methods. Customers outside of the 48 contiguous states or APO addresses, please email us your shipping zip code and also include what item you are interested in and we will get you a quote as soon as possible.
Actual processing time for your order will vary depending on each manufacturer. Orders received after 4 pm (EST) will be processed the following day. Shipping times vary depending on manufacturer. Please note that the transit times reflected are only estimates provided by the manufacturer(s) of your items. Please allow for adequate processing and shipping time during the busier shopping seasons.
OVERSIZED ITEMS Items such as play kitchens, playhouses, bookcases, and other extra heavy or bulky items are considered oversized by our shipping carriers. All oversized items are shipped via a local carrier (Freight Company).
All UPS and FEDEX shipments must be mailed to a physical address and cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box. Due to the size and weight of these items and express delivery may not available. - Privacy & Security
